Easy Returns & Exchanges

 

We want you to be pleased with your shopping experience at ShopCavalloPoint.com. If you're not happy with the item you received, we will gladly assist you with a return or exchange of merchandise.

Please review the following guidelines:

  • Email us at eshop@cavallopoint.com and provide a description of the item you'd like to return and the reason. We will respond within 24 hours Monday through Friday with instructions for your return.

  • Returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Item(s) cannot be worn or used and must be in resalable condition.

  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

  • All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment or to a Cavallo Point Gift Card.

  • Gift returns may be exchanged or applied to a Cavallo Point Gift Card within 14 days of receipt.

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable or redeemable for cash. Customized items are not returnable.
